uhaus x Manchester Run Club (“MRC”) Promotion
These promotions are managed and operated by Vita Living Management Limited (company registered number 10976545), referred to throughout this document as “uhaus”, on behalf of the relevant building landlord.
1. uhaus provides living accommodation services at the following locations:
a. uhaus North Circle Square, buildings 5 & 6
b. uhaus East Circle Square, buildings 7 & 8
(together the “Buildings”)
2. uhaus is offering a rental discount to reward new and renewing customers who book living accommodation at the Buildings (“uhaus x MRC Promotion”).
3. The rental discount is equal to one (1) month’s rent (“Rental Discount”).
4. The uhaus x MRC Promotion will run from 12:00am 26 January 2026 until 11:59pm 30th June 2026 (“Promotion Period”)
Eligibility criteria for participating in the uhaus x MRC Promotion
5. To be eligible to participate in the uhaus x MRC Promotion, you must:
a. book for an occupancy period of at least twelve (12) months; and
b. must have attended at least one (1) MRC event within the Promotion Period. This can be evidenced by showing attendance via the Strava app (or similar app). This will be checked by the lettings team during the booking process, with the information being corroborated by MRC colleagues.
Eligibility criteria for claiming the Rental Discount
6. You will be eligible to claim the Rental Discount when the following conditions are met:
a. uhaus has confirmed you have met the eligibility criteria set out at clause 5; and
b. you first notify the lettings team of your intention to claim the Rental Discount when enquiring about making a booking; and
c. you have additionally notified uhaus of your intention to claim the Rental Discount within thirty (30) days after the start date of your tenancy agreement. After the expiry of this thirty (30) day period, you will no longer be able to claim the Rental Discount and all rights to the same are deemed forfeited by you; and
d. you are in occupation of the room under your tenancy agreement; and
e. all payments due to date under your tenancy agreement have been made.
Additional terms
7. Tenant Types:
a. A ‘New Tenant’ is an individual who:
i. does not hold or has never held a tenancy agreement in the Buildings; and
ii. is not already active on uhaus’ client base or has not previously attended a viewing at the Buildings at the time they attempt to participate in the uhaus x MRC Promotion; and
b. A ‘Renewing Tenant’ is an individual who has held or currently holds a tenancy agreement in the Buildings, and they would like to renew their occupation under a further tenancy agreement.
8. The following terms also apply to the uhaus x MRC Promotion:
a. uhaus may in its sole discretion, have final determination on eligibility to participate in the uhaus x MRC Promotion and ability to redeem the Rental Discount, based on proposed room type of the occupant. uhaus will advise a prospective occupant at the time of booking their tenancy agreement whether or not they are eligible for the uhaus x MRC Promotion; and
b. the decision to offer this uhaus x MRC Promotion and Rental Discount is at the absolute discretion of uhaus and is subject to availability. uhaus reserves the right to withdraw, modify or substitute this uhaus x MRC Promotion, or replacing such promotion with another on different terms at any time and without notice or liability to you.
c. the uhaus x MRC Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer available at uhaus; and
d. signing up for a tenancy agreement can be completed by through the uhauslettings team; and
e. this uhaus x MRC Promotion is only applicable to the individual signing up for a tenancy agreement and is non-transferable; and
f. this uhaus x MRC Promotion is exclusive to the Buildings; and
g. the uhaus x MRC Promotion is not cashback but is a discount on your monthly tenancy agreement rent, applying as follows:
i. For a New Tenant, this will be reflected against your second rent instalment.
ii. For a Renewing Tenant, this will be reflected against your first rent instalment.
